Haryali Murg Tikka



Ingredients



  • Boneless chicken cubes -½ kg 
  • Ginger garlic paste- 1½ tsp
  • Green coconut chatni- 2 tbsp
  • Tandoori masala- 2 tbsp
  • cumin seeds crushed- ½ tsp
  • All spice- ½ tsp
  • Crushed red pepper- ½ tsp
  • Salt- ½ tsp 
  • Cream- 3 tbsp
  • Thick yogurt -2 tbsp
  • Oil -1 tbsp













METHOD

Marinate chicken with all the given ingredients for 2 hours, give dum of coal, put on skewers, grill in 2 tbsp oil or butter. Serve with imli ki chatni and paratha
