pineapple and pappaya smoothie


  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2cup milk
  • 2 cups chilled and chopped pinapple
  • 3/4 cup cups roughly chopped pappaya
  • 6 tbps of sugar
  • ice cubes

serves ; 2


  • Use fresh fruits and curds
  • Add curds to the mixer 
  • then add the chilled full fat milk
  • add the fruits , sugar and ice cubes and blend  together  all the ingredients  until they are smooth and juicy
  • pineapple pappay smoothie is ready to be served
  • you must serve the smoothie immedietly on making
  • yummy and healthy drink for kids
